The Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa is one of Arizona’s largest meeting and event properties with dedicated indoor function space of more than 100,000 square feet as well as an array of outdoor event sites including terraces, lawns and pool decks.

Among the facilities are a conference center, two architecturally significant historic venues and four ballrooms, including the state’s second largest.

In addition to hosting large company meetings, corporate retreats, sales meetings and association events, the Arizona Biltmore, with its beautifully landscaped ambiance highlighted by brilliantly colorful displays of flowers, is also one of the most popular spots in the greater Phoenix area for weddings and other social events.

739 luxurious guest accommodations include 67 villas featuring two-bedroom suites, kitchens, and dramatic living rooms, with fireplaces, spacious master baths and private patios.

The Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom is 25,000 sq. ft., while the adjacent McArthur Ballroom is 15,000 sq. ft. In addition, our Conference Center contains a third ballroom of 11,000 sq. ft. and a flexible array of boardrooms and other breakout rooms. The historic Grand Ballroom, Aztec Room and Gold Room bring the total of our modern meeting space to just over 100,000 sq. ft. Spectacular garden lawns are available for outdoor themed events.

Shopping

The Biltmore Fashion Park is considered to be one of the premier shopping areas in the Phoenix valley. Lush gardens and courtyards surround more than 60 upscale shops, making the Biltmore Fashion Park the perfect place to spend an afternoon.

Complimentary transportation to the Biltmore Fashion Park is available between 10a and 6p Monday through Saturday, 12p until 5p Sundays, from the front door of the resort.

Outdoor Activities

Jogging: The Arizona Biltmore is primly located along the Arizona Canal, which provides joggers with miles of uninterrupted jogging trails. The Biltmore Estates offers guests a shorter, 2.2-mile loop, all within a quiet, safe and serene residential neighborhood. A mileage guide and map are available from the Concierge Desk.

Hiking & Biking: Within 10 minutes of the Arizona Biltmore are both the Squaw Peak and Camelback Mountain park preserves. Both offer premier views of the valley, native flora and fauna, and excellent trails for both hiking and biking. We have bike rentals available. The Arizona Biltmore Recreation Department offers guided hikes and biking to these parks throughout the week. Special arrangements can be arranged for private, guided activities at either destination.

Theaters and Entertainment

Museums: The Arizona Biltmore is within 15 minutes of the world-famous Heard Museum of Native American Art, the Phoenix Art Museum, and the Desert Botanical Gardens.

Live Arts: Within 20 minutes of the Arizona Biltmore, you can find the Valley’s most esteemed entertainment venues, including Gammage Auditorium, Celebrity Theater, Dodge Theater, the Herberger Theater Center, and the Phoenix Symphony Hall.

Movies: The Camelback Esplanade features a 14-screen theater.

Sports: Bank One Ballpark (Arizona Diamondbacks), America West Arena (Phoenix Suns), Glendale Arena (Phoenix Coyotes), Sun Devil Stadium (Arizona Cardinals and Arizona State Sun Devils), and three Cactus League Spring Training ballparks are all conveniently located within 15 minutes of the Arizona Biltmore.

The Arizona Biltmore is able to secure discounted group tickets for most of the outlined venues.
