Each of the 581 luxury guest rooms has cordless phones, high-speed Internet access, robes and daily turn-down service, among other appealing amenities. There are 14 suites, including two Presidential Suites, and 50 concierge level rooms on the top three floors.

The hotel offers over 42,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and function space, including three ballrooms of 10,000 sq. ft., 9,200 sq. ft., and 6,200 sq. ft. The 12 function rooms can divide to accommodate 26 concurrent sessions and are suitable for intimate groups of 10 or larger programs of up to 1,500. The Loews Philadelphia Hotel has received the Gold Key Award from Meetings & Conventions magazine and the highly sought after Pinnacle Award from Successful Meetings magazine. It was also named "one of the best meeting hotels on the East Coast" by Meetings East Magazine for the exquisiteness and functionality of its meeting spaces. The hotel sits directly across the street from the world-class Pennsylvania Convention Center, encompassing over 450,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space.
