The Palace Hotel has 893 guest rooms and suites. The main, deluxe-category room is a minimum of 300 sq. ft., providing a consistent product for all guests. The Towers, a hotel within a hotel located on floors 41 to 54, offers guests private registration and concierge, as well as butler service. The Towers consists of 100 rooms and 70 suites, including the Triplex Suite with roof-top patio, available for meetings and private events.

With a historic courtyard that graces The Villard Mansion and a modern tower that houses The Villard Center, the New York Palace Hotel is uniquely qualified to offer the best in both Old World elegance and New World opulence for any event. The hotel's meeting facilities offer magnificent venues and a high degree of flexibility. The 40,000 sq. ft. of meeting space includes the oval-shaped, 3,500 sq. ft. Villard Ballroom and 24 meeting rooms. These comprise the Villard Center, also equipped with private elevators, function rooms with high-speed DSL lines, a full-service audiovisual department, and 10 new and unique rooms for meetings and events of all sizes.
