ALHI Reports On Over $200 Million In Enhancements & More Reasons To Call ALHI

WASHINGTON, DC (October 2011) -- Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) reports that continued improvements and expansions are being invested currently to enhance their already-impressive offerings.  This includes major additional meeting space in Scottsdale, Arizona, at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The AAA Five-Diamond resort completed $55 million of enhancements, and is now constructing a new $20 million conference center that is slated for completion on 10-11-12. When the project is complete, the resort will feature a total of 150,000 square feet of event space. Already-complete projects include the addition of more modern décor in the 649 guest rooms and in the lobby, and the addition of a new restaurant and lounge.

La Costa in Carlsbad (San Diego), California completed a $50 million renovation in 2011, which included the re-design of the impressive Coastal Events Center, the renovation of the 610 guest rooms and suites, the renovation of the Champions and Legends golf courses, a re-design of the spa, and new outdoor event venues. Additional offerings include 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, 17 tennis courts, and seven swimming pools.

The 218-room resort features more than 13,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, 20,000 square feet of outdoor banquet space, and the world-class 24,000-square-foot Mii Amo destination spa.

The exquisite Coeur d’Alene, located on the shore of Lake Coeur d’Alene in Idaho, opened the new Hagadone Event Center offering 11,000 square feet of meeting space, with beautiful lake views. This brings the 338-room resort’s offerings to 32,000 square feet of meeting space.

Set within 240 lush acres, Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, California, recently completed enhancements to its guest rooms and outdoor group venues.

Nestled in the foothills of the spectacular Rocky Mountains, The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado, renovated the Southeastmoor and Northeastmoor guest rooms, public areas, and exterior entrances. This follows enhancements to the West Tower rooms, West meeting rooms, and West Lobby Bar in 2010. The renowned AAA Five-Diamond resort features 744 guest rooms, 185,000 square feet of meeting space, 18 restaurants, three championship golf courses, a Five-Star spa, and a newly renovated tennis facility.
