Angelique is a strategic leader known for driving operational excellence, client engagement, and scalable growth within the meetings and events industry. At ALHI, she leads a 30-person support organization that enables more than 40 Sales Executives, strengthening performance and contributing to overall revenue success.

She oversees ALHI’s presence at the industry’s largest global trade show, where her leadership has significantly expanded participation and impact. Member engagement more than doubled from 2021 to 2025, while hosted buyer attendance grew 220%, including both domestic and international clients.

Angelique plays a key role in advancing organizational strategy by facilitating internal forums that deliver actionable insights on Member hotel portfolios and destination trends, driving alignment and cross-functional performance.

She has also led the implementation of integrated systems that standardize operations, increase efficiency, and optimize corporate spend across the organization.

For more than five years, Angelique has produced the company’s monthly CEO Industry Update, strengthening client engagement and reinforcing relationships with key stakeholders across the industry.
