Destination Weddings by ALHI’s second ALHI Weddings Summit unfolded across the spectacular shores of Bermuda in early April, hosted by the stunning Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa, with immersive programming at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club and Rosewood Bermuda.
With a one-to-one ratio of attendees, the tone was personal, meaningful and full of moments that sparked real relationships.
At the heart of every ALHI Weddings Summit is an unwavering goal—create space for wedding professionals to come together in an authentic way and build lasting relationships that go deeper than a room full of business cards. Just like the 2024 inaugural event in California, that spirit of connection was the thread that ran through everything.

Bermuda: A Warm Welcome
It was the first time our programming for the ALHI Weddings Summit went international—and the setting could not have been more ideal. Thanks to the incredible partnership and support of the Bermuda Tourism Authority, attendees were treated to a thoughtfully curated experience that celebrated the true soul of Bermuda. Local vendors, traditions and flavors were woven seamlessly into the program, showcasing what makes this destination so extraordinary.
One of the most unforgettable scenes was the boat arrival to Hamilton Princess, where staff waved from the dock à la White Lotus as guests pulled in for a sun-drenched day of mystery and intrigue—culminating in our “Who Dunnit” activity that had everyone channeling their inner sleuth.
From there, the experiences just kept leveling up:

A regal welcome dinner at the historic Commissioner’s House, complete with panoramic views and island elegance.

A Black & White Final Night Gala under the stars—think high glamour, celebratory fireworks, and the kind of energy that lingers long after the music ends.

A relaxed-yet-raucous pool party where new friendships were cemented over rosé, sunshine and serious style.

A taste of local tradition with kite-making, perfume blending, tea tasting and even custom jewelry making—courtesy of incredible Bermudian artisans and vendors hand-selected by the Bermuda Tourism Authority, who went above and beyond to infuse the event with authenticity.

From casual conversations over coffee to group activities and shared meals, each day created new opportunities for connection.
A standout moment was our keynote speaker, Steve Fredlund (The Safari Dude), whose words left a lasting impact. His message around passion, purpose and finding joy in the journey resonated deeply with everyone in the room.
That’s the magic of this event—it’s not just about weddings. It’s about people. About showing up. About supporting one another and finding inspiration that lasts long after the trip ends.
What’s Next
This event marked the beginning of our new tradition: two ALHI Weddings Summits each year—one domestic, one international. Because there’s just something powerful about stepping away from our everyday routines and gathering in beautiful places with inspiring people.
Our next stop? We’re headed to the charming shores of The Sanderling Resort in the Outer Banks, N.C., for the third ALHI Wedding Summit, Oct. 5-8, 2025.
