SCS provides customized management and strategic consulting services to member hotels, customers, and preferred partners. The overall SCS goal is to provide assistance to organizations and individual professionals through targeted training, interaction, and programming.
The division is specifically designed to provide both operational and strategic resources and professional education to members to support their ability to strategically grow revenue and deal with major operational and leadership challenges.
Services include special projects, strategic advisement, and training, as well as customized services to solve challenges your business may face.
SCS is led by renowned industry leader Dr. Lalia Rach, best known for her career in higher education where she served as the founding Dean of the Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management at New York University.
A multi-faceted professional, she managed her own consulting business, Rach Enterprises, for more than a quarter century advising clients at companies including MGM Resorts International, BWH Hotel Group, Visit Dallas, SCCMPI, and Red Roof Inn. Her success as a consultant is directly attributed to what she calls an "uncommon sense" approach to deliver genuine ideas that challenge tradition.
