Michelle joined ALHI in 2017 and is passionate about creating relationships with both planners and our ALHI members, connecting them to create partnerships that lead to successful events. Michelle heads the efforts of our Business Development Team and is focused on supporting her customers and ALHI members. Her past industry involvement includes MPI, PCMA, SGMP and IMEX.

Janeen joined ALHI in early 2020 with a hotel background including working with Hilton, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and The Waldorf Astoria Collection. She brings 30 years of experience selling luxury resorts in the Caribbean, New York and South Carolina. Janeen's primary focus is to develop group business for ALHI's portfolio of members as a trusted partner for both our clients and our members.

Kimberly Deprez

Manager, Business Development

Kim has been with the organization since November 2016, coming to ALHI with experience at Hyatt Hotels, the American Bar Association and a Chicago destination management organization. She is certified in hospitality and tourism management from Florida Atlantic University and has her Cvent supplier certification. Kim Is a member of SITE Chicago and serves on the events committee for the SITE Young Leaders Chapter.
