Lynne has been with ALHI for 15 years and is an integral part of the Events Team responsible for leading the vision, strategy, planning and execution of ALHI's regional and executive meetings and events. Lynne's creative flair in developing experiential events delivers impactful results that support ALHI's brand objectives.

Director of Events, EMEA, CMP

Meike is a collaborative leader within ALHI's events team with a drive and passion for creating engaging and memorable experiences. She has over 12 years of experience in the luxury event and hospitality industry. Before joining ALHI, she was leading the event sales team at The Savoy Hotel London. Meike directs top-level events across Europe and the U.S. including IMEX with a core marketing focus on building awareness, increasing attendee engagement and advancing sales initiatives.

Events Manager

Rachelle has been with ALHI for four years and uses her trademark skills of problem solving, creativity and flexibility to produce numerous regional and national events. She is good at wearing multiple hats and specializes in event production that nurtures positive, productive relationships with both ALHI's customers and members. She is Cvent Certified in event management.

Hayden joined ALH's Marketing team in March of 2020 as a Marketing Specialist. Prior to ALHI, Hayden worked at various advertising, marketing and PR agencies in Alabama and Texas. During her time in the agency realm, she worked on a range of clients from AT&T and Samsung, working on multiple high-profile initiatives including TV, Print, OOH, Radio, Digital, Social, Branding Packaging, and more. Hayden supports the Marketing team at ALHI's HQ in Dallas, TX.
