After spending valuable time with Kimberly at a variety of ALHI events as well as the incredibly well-curated and well-planned wedding conference in Del Mar last April, I understood the breadth of ALHI's reach and what an invaluable service ALHI and Kimberly would be for us as destination wedding planners.

A few months ago, Kraft Events was asked to scout sites in Scottsdale, Arizona for a 200 person destination wedding. Kimberly nailed it right out of the gate and my client chose one of the ALHI properties, Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia. Kimberly followed up with the multiple hotel reps while I was on site with my clients, allowing for a quick turnaround on contracts for rooms and event spaces for a potential four day event.

Everything was moving seamlessly until right before my client was about to sign all of the contracts, when I received a hysterical and frantic call from my clients that they heard that the Omni Montelucia just canceled another person's wedding a few months out from their wedding date. My client was putting a full stop on the contract with the massive loss of trust with the Omni for her daughter's wedding in fear that the same would happen to them. I called Kimberly immediately who in turn got me on a video call with the entire extended hotel team including the GM. Kimberly was incredible at getting the hard facts that I could bring back to my client and negotiating a handful of complimentary items to help move back into discussions and not lose this piece of valuable and profitable business for ALHI and for Kraft Events. Kimberly truly saved the agreement between the hotel and my client and I will be forever indebted to her.
