Kristi Allan, CMP
Group Vice President, Partnerships & Events
Kristi joined ALHI in March 2023 as VP of Partnerships and Client Engagement. Before joining, Kristi was on the client side for the past 10+ years and has gained extensive experience in cultivating close, consultative relationships with clients and industry partners to facilitate the seamless execution of events and marketing campaigns. She is a Certified Meeting Professional and has previously served on the Education Committee of FICP. Kristi is based in Nashville and loves live music and southern hospitality.

Maria Salinas, CMP
Sr. Meeting and Event Planner
Maria joined ALHI in February 2022. She has a solid history in planning and managing event strategies, including the creation and implementation of International Programs and Services. Her deep knowledge of world cultures and global upbringing gives her a unique perspective and a special ability to relate with clients. Maria holds an International Hospitality & Tourism Management Degree from Glion Hotel School in Switzerland and is a Multilingual CMP

Senior Director, Tradeshow and Events
Kristi has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has organized a vast number of events around the world. She holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University, which complements her consulting business acumen and enhances her ability to provide strategic event solutions. Kristi is a sports enthusiast, and world traveler; finding new adventures everywhere she goes.

Shelly Tsipori, CMP, DES
Meeting and Event Planner
Shelly joined ALHI after 20 years as a client, bringing over three decades of global event planning experience in corporate, financial, and association sectors. As a Certified Meeting Professional, she has planned executive-level events worldwide and spoken at industry conferences. Now based in San Diego, she proudly supports her hometown Philadelphia Eagles

Stephanie Bonde
Meeting and Event Planner
Stephanie has worked in F&B and customer service for the past 20 years. She has led the training team at several restaurants and was the Operations Manager of Phoenix Hostel. Her most recent experience is a freelance business working with small businesses and local restaurants as a food photographer and social media manager. She has a degree in Creative Writing and Philosophy, and a Master's degree in English. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys kayaking, exploring new restaurants, travelling, reading, and hiking.

Maggie George
Meeting and Event Coordinator
Maggie joined ALHI in July 2025, bringing her passion for creating experiences and storytelling. A recent Oklahoma State University graduate with a degree in Strategic Communications, she brings both creative vision and strategic thinking to every project. Maggie values building strong relationships and is committed to delivering meaningful results.
