He speaks in the industry often on topics of disruption, the state of the industry, the economy, behavioral lessons.
Ashly Balding
Executive Vice President & Chief Sales Officer
Ashly has a remarkable tenure spanning over two decades in sales and leadership at ALHI. Her journey started in 2003 as a National Sales Manager, followed by advancements to the roles of Vice President of Sales, Regional Vice President that led to her current position as Executive Vice President & Chief Sales Officer. Ashly oversees ALHI's expansive team across 26 offices in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, she adeptly navigates member communications, sales strategy, and strategic business development concurrently.
Limarie Perry
Chief Financial Officer
Limarie joined ALHI with a highly accomplished history in hospitality, strategic planning, corporate finance, and business development. Limarie joins ALHI after serving as Chief Financial Officer of Harwood Hospitality. Limarie is a former US Marine, earned her BA in Accounting and her MBA from Hawaii Pacific University.

Silvia Zamora, CMP, CMM
Vice President, Meeting Design & Experience
An Austin native, Silvia holds a bachelor's degree from UT Austin and is a certified meeting professional with certificates in meeting management, meeting design, and sustainable events. She has 20+ years of experience in the corporate, pharmaceutical, and luxury markets. Silvia leads ALHI's events, drives event content, and she and her team are an integral part in building the ALHI brand through unique event experiences.
Dr. Lalia Rach
Executive Managing Director
Dr. Lalia Rach is a successful consultant, educator and leader who is recognized for her ability as a pragmatic thinker. Her approach to issues of strategy and leadership development produces insightful and distinctive thinking advancing the ability of emerging and established executives. Her success as a consultant, keynote speaker and moderator are directly connected to her relatable honesty and practical and thoughtful information.
Armine Terzyan
Vice President of Sales Operations & Analysis
Armine is a knowledgeable professional with nearly two decades of success working in hospitality. She has a unique talent for taking complex data challenges and providing solutions in an easy-to-read style that allows for action. Her passion for analytics is apparent and helps sales associates view data as a vital tool in their process. She has developed a way to make data fun and engaging by simplifying business processes for sales professionals. Her belief that quality information is vital to success drives her to find relatable approaches regardless of the audience.
Angelique Aubry
VP of Administration & Chief of Staff
A Southern California girl at heart, Angelique joined ALHI in 2019 after working 14 years with MGM Resorts in Las Vegas. Vast experience in the hospitality industry, excelling in the administration side of the business & managing the backbone of the organization, our support team. In her spare time, she enjoys watching live sports, exploring new restaurants, traveling the world and spending time with her husband, Gary.
Meghan Hanna
Vice President of Marketing
Meghan joined ALHI in May 2022. A Lafayette, Louisiana native, she holds a bachelors degree from Louisiana State University and an MBA from SMU, where she was part of the Dean’s Circle. Meghan brings 12+ years of marketing experience in the entertainment, hospitality, and global flexible office space industries. She maintains leadership positions on the Board for the LSU Alumni Association in Dallas and the Career Advisors Board at SMU. She is also active in BvB to raise awareness for Alzheimer’s
Sheri-Lyn B. Angala, MBA, SPHR
Vice President of Human Resources
Sheri joined ALHI in August 2022. She comes with over 15 years of HR experience and held multiple leadership roles with increased responsibilities for an array of industries including hospitality, insurance, construction, transportation and food & beverage. Sheri is a Hawaii native and holds a BA in Public Relations as well as an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University
Kristi Allan
Vice President of Partnerships and Client Engagement
Kristi joined ALHI in March 2023 as VP of Partnerships and Client Engagement. Before joining, Kristi was on the client side for the past 10+ years and has gained extensive experience in cultivating close, consultative relationships with clients and industry partners to facilitate the seamless execution of events and marketing campaigns. She is a Certified Meeting Professional and has previously served on the Education Committee of FICP. Kristi is based in Nashville and loves live music and southern hospitality.
