Elaine Morena
Regional Vice President, Strategic Development
Elaine serves as Regional Vice President, Strategic Development for ALHI. Prior to joining ALHI, Elaine served in sales leadership roles with The Surrey on New York's Upper East Side, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and St. Regis Hotels. She started her hospitality and meetings career with Hyatt Hotels, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, and The Ritz-Carlton. Elaine is actively involved in leadership roles in the Meetings and Events Industry and currently serves on the FICP Hospitality Partner Advisory Committee (HPAC). Elaine is also a member of TAMS and HSMAI. In 2021, she was honored with the President’s Award by the MPI Greater New York Chapter. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Pepperdine University. She is certified in Ayurvedic Health, Primordial Sound Meditation, and a Total Well-Being Coach. Elaine resides in New York City and has a deep love for her family, wellness, travel, and good food.
Brad Magarity

Brad is a Philly native with 25 years experience in both Operations & Sales. He has been with ALHI as a GSO for over 15 years. Brad is active in his market (PA, South NJ & DE) in several industry organizations and held office with several departments in the Greater Philadelphia chapter of MPI. Brad is also an active member of the IRF. He also heads up the Medical & Health vertical market within ALHI.

Marnie Hock
Director, Global Sales
Marnie's career spans over 30 years in global sales, pre-opening and on-property hotel sales with four- and five-star companies. Her expertise in the domestic and international meetings and incentive market make her a true global professional. Marnie is involved locally with MPI, PCMA and NYSAE. She oversees the Pharma and Biotech Team for ALHI and focuses on all corporate and association sectors in the Northeast market, predominantly in New Jersey and New York.

Gina DiLorenzo
Global Sales Associate
Gina joined ALHI in 2006 after being with Starwood Hotels for 10 years. She is a lifelong New Yorker and has extensive and diverse experience in all facets of hotel sales with a proven record of business accomplishments. Senior Global Sales Associate working side-by-side with Marnie Hock, another staple in our industry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at her lake home in Poconos, PA, with friends and family. She also enjoys crafting, floral design, and flipping furniture.
Sandra Rastoder

Sandra joined ALHI in May 2022. She was born in Croatia and moved to the U.S 30 years ago. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY College at Old Westbury. Sandra has 13 years of hospitality experience and has a strong passion for sales. When not working, she loves to travel, spend time with her family and bonding with her dog, Tito.

Michel was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, is married and Mom to a wonderful daughter. She is honored to be part of the Hospitality Industry for 30+ years. She joined ALHI in March 2022. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and friends. Michel loves to travel, especially to different parts of the U.S. and Caribbean.
Wendy Berg

Wendy Berg joined ALHI in April 2022. She is thrilled to be back in the meeting and event industry after a few years off. Her 15 year background in meeting and event logistics means she knows the industry and understands all that goes into making meetings a success. Based in the Chicago area with her husband and son, Wendy enjoys playing platform tennis and pickleball, as well as, helping her son's DJ business grow.

Jessica graduated from the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2006 and has been in the industry for the past 20 years. Starting with ALHI back in 2014, she has loved her role, the company, and getting the chance to work with so many wonderful individuals. Jessica loves live music, seeing and experiencing new places/things, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
