She serves as a member of MPI and SITE. She has over 23 years of experience in the luxury hotel market including on-property and in global sales. She was named by Pasadena Magazine to its "40 under 40."

Doug oversees ALHI's Member Relations. During his 30 years in the hospitality industry, Doug has led sales and marketing initiatives throughout North America, the UK and Australia. He holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Illinois State University and earned the Events Industry Council's CMP designation in 1994.

Vicky joined Associated Luxury Hotels in 1996, opening the New York Global Sales Office before being  promoted to Northeast regional vice president of sales and then to senior VP of sales. Vicky is a recognized sales leader in the hospitality industry and was honored as the ALHI Sales Executive of the Year in 2014. She led the ALHI Sales Team of the Year and has earned multiple President's Awards since its inception in 2005, Vicky has chaired ALHI's Executive Women in Leadership forum, a conference designed exclusively for women leaders in the events and meetings industry.

Staci brings over 25 years of hospitality industry experience to her role with ALHI.  She is an active member of the Houston Area Chapter of Meeting Professionals International. Staci has earned the Events Industry Council Certified Meeting Professional designation and the Cvent Supplier Network Certification. Staci enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband Sebastien and two children, Ava and Hudson.

Lauren has more than 30 years' experience in the hospitality industry. She joined ALHI in 2011 after 8 years with Loews Hotels and 13 years with Marriott. She has been involved with SITE Southeast and MPI Atlanta and Tennessee. Her market includes working with clients in Georgia, Tennessee and parts of North Carolina. Lauren loves spending time with her family, new granddaughter Logan, Ella, her dog, and traveling..

With a passion for sports, travel, and the hospitality industry, Dan comes to ALHI with over 15+ years of sales experience, with 8 years being in hospitality. As an experienced sales manager with MGM Resorts, Dan won multiple President and Chairman’s awards from 2015 - 2022. Additionally, he won Top 100 sales person of the year in the U.S. (1 of 4 in Nevada) with Hotelplanner.com in 2017. Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs in his off time, while playing golf and attending sporting events.

Kerri Matthews

Kerri Matthews, CIS, CITP

Kerri has held senior-level sales positions in the hospitality industry for 30+ years, including with the Hilton Anatole and Gaylord Texan convention hotels and luxury resorts at La Cantera in San Antonio and Grand Wailea Waldorf Astoria-Maui. Kerri joined ALHI in 2020 and works with clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She passionately serves the industry with her involvement on the Board of Directors for SITE Texas.

Sarah joined ALHI in 2017 supporting Lauren Hammond and Kyle Lourie. She has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including working in conventions and events at Walt Disney World and in sales at Rosen Hotels & Resorts. She graduated from UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management with Bachelor's degrees in event management and hospitality management.

With 14 years of experience Madelynn began her hospitality career in Front Office Operations before transitioning into Sales. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a bachelor’s degree in Travel/Tourism Hospitality Management. Passionate about travel and all things related to the hospitality industry, Madelynn previously worked for Deloitte as an Advisor for a portfolio of hotels, as well as Marriott most of her tenure.
