Doug Rollins
Regional Vice President, Sales
Doug oversees ALHI's South Region with offices in Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Austin and Orlando. During his 30 years in the hospitality industry, Doug has led sales and marketing initiatives throughout North America, the UK and Australia. He holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Illinois State University and earned the Events Industry Council's CMP designation in 1994.
Victoria Hettleman
Senior Vice President, Sales
Vicky joined Associated Luxury Hotels in 1996, opening the New York Global Sales Office before being promoted to Northeast regional vice president of sales and then to senior VP of sales. Vicky is a recognized sales leader in the hospitality industry and was honored as the ALHI Sales Executive of the Year in 2014. She led the ALHI Sales Team of the Year and has earned multiple President's Awards. Since its inception in 2005, Vicky has chaired ALHI's Executive Women in Leadership forum, a conference designed exclusively for women leaders in the events and meetings industry.
Kathleen Eddy
Vice President, Sales
Kathleen is a leader in the meetings and events industry, serving the Georgia and Alabama marketplace for ALHI. She was awarded ALHI's Sales Executive of the Year Award in 2015 and 2017 and is an active member in the GSAE and SITE Southeast. Kathleen, who studied business administration at Central Michigan University, has more than 25 years experience in the hospitality industry including several years with Delta Air Lines.
Staci Currie
Vice President, Sales Strategy - Texas
Staci brings over 25 years of hospitality industry experience to her role with ALHI. She is a member of the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence and Meeting Professionals International. Staci has earned the Events Industry Council Certified Meeting Professional designation and the Cvent Supplier Network Certification.
Lauren Hammond
Director, Global Sales
Lauren has more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry. She joined ALHI in 2011 after 13 years with Marriott and eight years with Loews Hotels, during which she was part of the opening team for Loews Atlanta. She has been involved with SITE Southeast and MPI in Atlanta and Tennessee. Her market includes Georgia, Tennessee and parts of North Carolina.
Kyle Lourie
Director, Global Sales
Kyle has been with ALHI since 2006 and has won numerous President's Awards and is also a past recepient of the Sales Executive of the Year Award. Kyle has served on different industry committees with regional MPI and SITE chapters and is a member of the South Florida MPI Chapter. Kyle is a graduate of the College of Charleston and lives in Roswell, Georgia, with his wife and two daughters.
Kerri Matthews, CIS, CITP
Director, Global Sales
Kerri has held senior level sales positions in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, including with the Hilton Anatole and Gaylord Texan convention hotels and luxury resorts at La Cantera in San Antonio and Grand Wailea Waldorf Astoria-Maui. Kerri joined ALHI in 2020 and works with clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She passionately serves the industry with her involvement in SITE Texas, MPI and DFWAE.
Dan Meisler
Director, Global Sales
With a passion for sports, travel, and the hospitality industry, Dan comes to ALHI with over 15+ years of sales experience, with 8 years being in hospitality. As an experienced sales manager with MGM Resorts, Dan won multiple President and Chairman’s awards from 2015 - 2022. Additionally, he won Top 100 sales person of the year in the U.S. (1 of 4 in Nevada) with Hotelplanner.com in 2017. Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs in his off time, while playing golf and attending sporting events.
Lindsay Myers
Director, Global Sales
Lindsay comes to ALHI with over 20 years of experience in Hospitality. She began her career in Washington DC, holding positions at multiple luxury hotels including The Willard Intercontinental. Lindsay spent the last 10 ½ years in a senior sales role with Caesars Entertainment, where she was the recipient of several Top Performer awards, and became a member of the Emperors Club, which is Caesars highest honor for their top sales professionals. Lindsay is thrilled to be joining ALHI and will handle key accounts in North Carolina. Residing in Raleigh, NC, Lindsay loves spending time with her husband Cory and three daughters: Juliet, Katherine, and Caroline
Barbara Rodriguez
Director, Global Sales
Barbara joins ALHI as Director of Global Sales, with focus on expanding our relationships in South Florida, Caribbean, Latin, Central and South America, as well as select key accounts. Barbara is a hotelier at heart, with over 20 years of experience. Most recently, Barbara spent a great amount of time in her native Puerto Rico, representing the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve and for over eight years the five star, five diamond Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa. Residing in Delray Beach, FL, Barbara enjoys the outdoors, spending time in Colorado, as well as exploring the world with her daughter and favorite traveling partner, Gabriella.
Adriana Barajas
Global Sales Associate
Adriana joined ALHI in 2017 and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. She is a direct partner to Senior VP of Sales Vicky Hettleman. Adriana graduated from The Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute with a hospitality management degree. She has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked in hotels across Mexico and the United States in various roles, including sales and conventions.
Cherie Miller
Global Sales Associate
Cherie joined ALHI in January 2019 as a global sales associate, supporting regional VP Doug Rollins and Director of Global Sales Kerri Matthews. Cherie brings 20 years of hospitality industry experience to ALHI including serving 13 years as senior convention services manager at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Georgia and four years managing convention services at Sheraton Atlanta Hotel.
Jessica Philip
Global Sales Associate
Jessica has 15 years experience in the hospitality industry including working at Wyndham Orlando Resort. She joined ALHI in 2014. She graduated from the University of Central Florida/Rosen College of Hospitality Management
Sarah Washio
Global Sales Associate
Sarah joined ALHI in 2017 as sales support for Lauren Hammond and Kyle Lourie. She graduated from UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management with degrees in event management and hospitality management. Sarah has over 10 years experience in hospitality including working in conventions and events at Walt Disney World and working in sales at Rosen Hotels & Resorts.
Stephanie Anderson
Global Sales Associate
Stephanie has 14 years of hospitality industry experience. 7 years as a Sales and Catering/Convention Services Coordinator at the Wyndham Orlando Resort and 7 years as a Group Sales Manager at Hilton. Stephanie enjoys traveling, watching sports with her fiance and exploring the outdoors with her 8 year old son.

Victoria holds a degree in hospitality management and began her career in the industry in 2016. Having provided Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond customer service, she prides herself on being a maximizer. She has spent several years abroad and loves exploring different cultures. Victoria joined ALHI in June 2022 and is looking forward to cultivating new relationships amongst clients and member hotels.
Amanda Zeigler
Global Sales Associate
Amanda joined ALHI in October 2022, supporting Kerri Matthews. She has 20 years of hospitality experience and graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. She has focused on restaurant, resort and country club management. In her spare time, Amanda loves to travel, cook and spend time with her beloved dogs.
