He speaks in the industry often on topics of disruption, the state of the industry, the economy, behavioral lessons. Michael was recognized in M&C Magazines survey of top industry speakers and was an invited speaker at South by Southwest in 2018.

Jennifer has 15 years of experience in storytelling and brand building in the luxury hospitality space with specialities in brand development, public relations and integrated marketing strategy for hotels and restaurants. She is responsible for overseeing the ALHI brand while ensuring our luxury hotel portfolio stays connected with key meeting planner audiences in ways that are engaging, educational and meaningful.

Armine Terzyan
Vice President of Sales Operations & Analysis
Arimne has more than 16 years of hospitality experience focusing on sales and catering technologies, sales operations and analytics, she is responsible for improving sales performance through identifying, implementing and managing standardized processes, tools, reporting and insights across regions. Armine graduated from UNLV with a degree in hospitality administration and is a salesforce certified administrator.

Angelique joined ALHI in 2019 with 14 years experience in the meetings and convention industry including working with MGM Resorts. In her spare time she enjoys watching live sports, exploring new restaurants, traveling the world and spending time with her husband, Gary.

Suzanne is an experienced hospitality industry HR generalist who is passionate about developing and executing a holistic HR strategic plan to drive organizational, financial and operational success.
