Amber Voelker is the Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy for Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI).

Amber Voelker serves as Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy for Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), where she provides executive oversight for sales strategy, leadership development, and revenue growth across the organization.

With more than 28 years of luxury hospitality experience and over a decade of senior sales leadership at ALHI, Amber is known for driving measurable revenue results and leading high-performing teams. Her progression in the company reflects her consistent ability to scale regions, strengthen client and partner relationships, and deliver record-breaking personal and regional sales performance. She has successfully led multiple regions including the West, Mid-Atlantic, and South, playing a key role in expanding market presence and accelerating sales momentum.

Amber’s leadership and impact have been recognized both inside and outside the industry. She was named one of Pasadena Magazine’s “40 Under 40” and selected by HSMAI as one of the “Top 25 Extraordinary Minds” in hospitality sales and marketing, honoring innovation, strategic thinking, and leadership excellence.

Prior to ALHI, Amber held senior leadership roles in luxury hospitality, including Director of Group Sales positions with The Ritz-Carlton and Langham Hotels in Pasadena. She remains actively involved in industry organizations such as MPI and SITE and plays a key role in ALHI leadership initiatives including Executive Women in Leadership and the ALHI Executive Exchange.

Amber is deeply committed to developing sales and service excellence through training grounded in one core belief: every interaction is an opportunity to build loyalty. Her programs focus on the full client journey, from first impression through post-experience follow-up, ensuring each touchpoint is intentional, consistent, and impactful. She firmly believes this level of excellence is only possible with strong leadership support and empowered teams. Recognizing a clear gap in service-driven training across industries, Amber designs highly customizable programs that elevate performance at every level, regardless of industry or focus area.

Amber holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge, and is based in ALHI’s Los Angeles office. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, hiking, travel, holistic wellness, horseback riding, animal rescue and time with her husband of 23 years, Todd, their 17-year-old daughter Siena, and their two dogs, Remy and Roxy.

A survivor at heart, Amber’s leadership philosophy is rooted in resilience, personal accountability, and belief in what is possible. She is passionate about giving back through organizations such as Maryvale Orphanage and Junior Achievement and is deeply committed to helping others recognize their potential and pursue meaningful success.
