Executive Vice President & Chief Sales Officer
With more than 20 years in hospitality, Ashly has built her career on relationships, strategy, and results. A graduate of the College of Charleston, she began in catering before joining Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) in 2003, when the company was still a family-run organization rooted in trust and personal connection.
Today, as Executive Vice President & Chief Sales Officer, Ashly leads a global team of close to 100 sales professionals, including 45 Global Sales Executives across North America and Europe. In 2025 alone, her team generated over $700 million in business value to the exclusive ALHI Membership. She is responsible for driving growth, shaping sales strategy, strengthening partnerships, and delivering more than 60 high-impact sales and member events annually in collaboration with Mike Domniguez, President & CEO and the ALHI’s Events team.
Representing over 250 of the world’s most distinguished four- and five-star hotels and resorts, ALHI continues to evolve under her leadership. Ashly is known for fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and performance while consistently elevating the standard of service across the organization.
