DALLAS, TX (January 16, 2023) – Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), a luxury global sales organization spanning the spectrum of hospitality, is expanding its Strategic Consulting Services (SCS) division with the addition of two experts in the areas of sales operations analysis and in luxury and brand strategy. 

In 2021, the SCS division was created to provide customized management and strategy consulting to member hotels and preferred partners. The division's goal is to bring practical knowledge and specific expertise to the operational and strategic issues of ALHI members and clients.

Spearheaded by Dr. Lalia Rach, Executive Managing Director, the division offers a full complement of consulting services from leadership workshops to sales operational analysis. SCS consultants will supply advice, analysis, and information focused on advancing enterprise performance and ROI.

SCS, in its first expansion, is proud to introduce two consultants who bring practical knowledge and specific expertise in sales operations and branding strategy.

Armine Terzyan is Vice President of Sales Operations & Analysis for ALHI and is recognized for providing a useful, practical, and timely statistical review of sales data. A knowledgeable sales analytics and strategy professional, Armine has nearly 20 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies, hospitality technology firms, and global sales organizations. Among her accomplishments is the increased efficiency in standardization and process improvements for more than 1,000 users across 18 casino and resort properties. She effectively implemented Amadeus' sales and catering solution (ASEM) and integrated accounting and property management systems while streamlining the data management process. Her insight is fundamental to ROI while making data development fun, engaging, and easy to understand.

Neen James is a leadership and branding expert, sought-after keynote speaker, and author of nine books. Her most recent book, Attention Paysä, is a unique take on driving profitability, productivity, and accountability. Her work with Fortune 500 companies on the issues in the global luxury space has resulted in her being named one of the top 30 Leadership Speakers by Global Guru several years in a row. With a strong background in learning and development, she works with organizations to implement thoughtful systems and strategies that result in employees maximizing freedom to avoid distractions while minimizing interruptions to further business goals and priorities. Her consulting practice will focus on executive strategy and mentoring, organization and personal branding strategies, ideation process and system-based strategy sessions, and leadership development.
