Neen James, partner in the international education company Thought Leaders Global, is a leadership expert who delivers high-energy keynotes that challenge audiences to prioritize focus in their work and lives. She is the author of nine books including Folding Time and, most recently, Attention Pays. Executive Strategy: Executive advice, luxury mindset and culture; coaching and workshops related to executive/leadership development; strategic planning; productivity and focus; contextual modeling for storytelling and business development; executive mentoring.

Customized Service: Each service is designed to provide the information, guidance and training needed for the client to create greater value. Advising services will be provided by current employees of ALHI (internal advisors) and by independent contractors (external advisors) on a project basis. 

Leadership Development Series: Designed for established leaders who lead a team, the series consists of four in-person workshops (one each quarter) and is limited to a cohort of 10 minimum and 20 maximum. Each workshop will include pre-work (reading specific articles or books, responding to surveys and email questions).  The format consists of a learning presentation, discussion, and exercises with practical takeaways.  Post-work will include responding to surveys and a 15-minute one-on-one video session with Neen James.

Luxury Mindset Program: This program can be customized as a keynote, quarterly series, in-person or virtually, or as a workshop.
