Neil Johnson is an industry veteran with 20-plus years of experience. He understands the impact esports potentially has on domestic and international tourism, which is inclusive of the meeting and convention space. Understanding the full spectrum of opportunities across the industry, Johnson offers comprehensive services to create exceptional experiences within the esports realm and beyond.

Johnson joins ALHI’s Strategic Advisory Group, formerly Strategic Consulting Services. In his role as an advisor, he will work with Member hotels and destinations as they seek to develop their footprint in this growing market. The Strategic Advisory Group provides customized management and strategy advising to Member hotels and preferred partners. The division's goal is to bring practical knowledge and specific expertise to the operational and strategic issues of ALHI Members and clients.
