In 2021, the SCS division was created to provide customized management and strategy consulting to member hotels and preferred partners. The division's goal is to bring practical knowledge and specific expertise to the operational and strategic issues of ALHI members and clients. The dynamic team of six consultants are furthering organizational goals and elevating business strategies through speaking engagements, research backed evaluations, system analysis, coaching, and more.
