The award-winning Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancún All Inclusive has debuted three brand new, carefully curated dining outlets sure to please even the most discerning palettes. Joining Coral Beach's already impressive award-winning dining options are Havanna, an Argentinian Mexican Style Steak House, Chianti, an elegant Italian Ristorante, serving traditional Tuscan favorites, and Torii, featuring Asian-Fusion cuisine.

 

Located within 40,000 square feet of reclaimed space, directly off the hotel’s main lobby, each of the three new restaurants have been constructed and designed with the utmost attention to detail. A sleek glass elevator transports guests to an elegantly decorated lounge and bar, where they can relax before or after their meal and enjoy a cocktail.

HAVANNA ~ STEAK HOUSE

Designed to evoke a sexy supper club, Havanna is Coral Beach’s new Argentinian Mexican Steak House destination. Featuring tango shows during select evenings at dinner, Havanna transforms into an exciting nightclub after dark. With seating for 130 guests, Havanna will serve up the best Argentinean cuts made to order and seared on a Basque-style grill utilizing locally sourced wood.

The menu will feature large, sharable plates, including creamed spinach, wild mushrooms, mac and cheese with aged cheddar, and rib eye chicharron. Of course, no steakhouse experience would be complete without a selection of Premium cuts and offerings such as the Tomahawk, Kansas City Strip steak, and Porterhouse, all of which can be enjoyed for an additional charge.

 

TORII ~ ASIAN FUSION

Torii is a modern, creative, and immersive Asian fusion guest experience. With a seating capacity of 120, Torii boasts an elegant sushi bar and eight Teppanyaki tables. At the sushi bar, guests can watch chefs prepare traditional favorites such as nigiri and innovative rolls, temaki, and kampachi sashimi with jalapeño, miso crispy rice with spicy tuna, and wakame, using only the freshest fish and seafood. The ever-popular chef omakase experience at the Teppanyaki tables presents its own nightly entertainment and a menu that includes miso soup, fried rice, and a protein of your choice, including delicious add-ons such as Wagyu A5 and lobster for an additional charge. Torii's menu also offers a variety of tempuras and dishes such as Szechuan Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, and Pad Thai.

CHIANTI ~ ITALIAN RESTAURNT

At Chianti, guests will savor the flavors of Italy’s most celebrated cuisine as live violinist music transports them to the famed rolling Italian countryside at the new 130-seat ristorante. In classic Italian style, the menu begins with a first course or ‘Primo,’ such as a Tuscan salad with mixed greens, candied walnuts, and goat cheese; roasted beets with creamy Jococoque, or, of course, an antipasto with prosciutto and melon, bruschetta, and Sicilian style arancini. For secondi, fresh homemade pasta such as creamy goat cheese gorgonzola ravioli, spaghetti carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and a rotation of daily risottos such as fresh seafood, white wine, and saffron or truffle oil, and porcini mushrooms are on offer. For dessert, guests can indulge in the hotel’s interpretation of tiramisu or cleanse their palate with delicious gelato.
