Terms & Conditions: To qualify for this exclusive offer, your program must meet the following criteria:
Booking Window: New group bookings contracted on or before December 31, 2026.
Stay Dates: Programs must actualize between January 1, 2027, and April 30, 2027.
Group Size: A minimum of 10 guest rooms per night with a two-night minimum stay.
Availability: Valid for qualifying group business only; subject to availability and resort need periods.
Exclusions & limitations: To help you plan seamlessly, please note what the promotion excludes and how credits are finalized. Credits may not be applied toward guest room charges, taxes, resort fees, service charges, gratuities, resort transportation, meeting room rentals, audiovisual (AV) services, or third-party vendor charges.
Actualization: Credits are earned exclusively on actualized and consumed room nights. Any reduction in your contracted room block will result in a corresponding reduction of your experience credits. Groups that cancel or fail to meet minimum contractual obligations forfeit eligibility.
Usage: Credits hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and must be used during your contracted program dates. Any unused credits will be forfeited upon departure.
Policies: Blackout dates may apply. This promotion cannot be combined with other incentive offers, rebates, concessions, or promotional programs unless approved in writing. Nemacolin reserves the right to determine the final credit awarded and withdraw the offer at any time for future bookings. All earned credits will be clearly documented within your group sales agreement or addendum at the time of contracting.
