Kristi Allan, CMP is a results-driven hospitality and events executive based in the Nashville metropolitan area. She currently serves as Vice President of Partnerships and Events at Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), where she oversees strategic partnerships, industry engagement, and high-impact event initiatives. In this role, Kristi leads a high-performing team responsible for the strategy, design, and execution of more than 100 high-end events annually, purposefully connecting qualified clients with ALHI’s luxury hotel members to generate measurable return on investment and foster long-term business relationships.

With deep expertise in luxury hospitality and global meetings, Kristi is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) recognized for building meaningful relationships and delivering collaborative, value-driven programs across the events and travel industry. Prior to her career on the hotel side, she served as Vice President of Events at AllianceBernstein and brings extensive experience from the legal field, where she worked as a Certified Paralegal.
