Meghan is a seasoned marketing executive and strategic leader with 16 years of experience driving growth across the entertainment, hospitality, and global flexible office space industries. Since joining ALHI in May 2022, she has brought a dynamic, results-oriented approach to modern marketing, combining data-driven strategy with compelling storytelling to elevate the brand and accelerate revenue. This has included more than doubling website traffic, expanding automation strategy, and streamlining processes from end to end. Additionally, she has led the team in being recognized nationally for multiple accolades including HSMAI, The AZBEEs, The Trendy Awards and The Eddy & Ozzy Awards to name a few.
A native of Lafayette, Louisiana, Meghan holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, where she was selected for the Dean’s Circle in recognition of her academic excellence and leadership.
Throughout her career, Meghan has built and led high-performing teams while spearheading integrated marketing initiatives across digital, direct, and event channels. Her expertise spans both B2C and B2B environments, with campaigns ranging from local activations to global enterprise-level programs. She is particularly skilled in demand generation, marketing operations, and full-funnel strategy, consistently delivering measurable impact including sustained year-over-year growth, increased EBITDA, and improved earnings performance. Known as a builder and integrator, she excels at aligning cross-functional teams and transforming marketing into a key driver of enterprise value.
In addition to her professional achievements, Meghan is an active community and industry leader. She serves on the Board of Directors for PACT, the Career Advisors Board at SMU, and ABWM Foundation as a Board Trustee.
