Sheri-Lyn Angala is a senior people and culture executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise talent, culture, and organizational strategies. She serves as Vice President of People & Culture, operating as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team.
Her expertise includes organizational design, leadership and talent development, performance and succession planning, labor relations, M&A integration, and global compliance across multi-state and international environments. She is recognized for building inclusive, high‑performance cultures that align values with leadership capability and operational discipline.
Throughout her career, Sheri-Lyn has led organizations through periods of rapid growth and change, including post‑merger integration, HR technology transformation, and company‑wide culture and performance redesign, driving improved engagement, retention, and leadership accountability.
Originally from the beautiful state of Hawaii, Sheri-Lyn holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Hawaii Pacific University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is an active member of the SHRM Executive Network and regional HR leadership organizations.
